Joe Byrnes was Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY while his wife Pam is a native of Bath, ME. Joe spent nearly a Quarter Century in the US Navy retiring in 1996 as a Master Chief Petty Officer. The couple have three grown children who are all successful in their own right. Jennifer, who resides in Boston, is in Technical Support for Ingenta, a Publishing Company.
